Parmesan “Cheese” (vegan)

Vegan Parmesan

Parmesan

1/2 c. raw cashews
2 TB nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp italian seasoning (or oregano)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp hemp hearts (optional for extra health power points!)

Grind all ingredients together in food processor until they resemble the texture of coarse salt.
